You must be at least 22 years old with a valid driver's license and a matching credit card and auto insurance to rent. This is an insurance requirement — drivers under 22 are not covered under our policy, leaving them personally liable for any damages.

Absolutely! Kids, car seats, booster seats, and pets are all welcome on your adventure. Every passenger must have their own seat — we never allow anyone to ride without one. Car seats and booster seats are available if needed.

You'll need a valid driver's license, a matching credit card, and proof of full coverage auto insurance. Your credit card must match your ID and insurance documents. We verify all of these at check-in.

Our vehicles are street-legal UTVs built for on-road use only. Off-road use results in an immediately forfeited rental with no refund. The great news? Our GPS-guided on-road routes through mountain back roads, river paths, and scenic overlooks are every bit as thrilling as off-roading.

We strongly recommend booking in advance — especially on weekends and holidays when demand is highest. Walk-ins are welcome if vehicles are available, but advance booking guarantees your preferred vehicle, time slot, and experience. Booking ahead also speeds up the check-in process significantly.

We're open 9 AM – 9 PM, 7 days a week! We're located at 421 E 2nd Street, West Jefferson, NC 28694, in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Give us a call at (336) 489-8667 if you need directions.

We offer 4-seater and 6-seater machines. Every person riding must have their own seat — no exceptions. For larger groups, multiple vehicles can be rented and ridden together on the same GPS route.

Seatbelts are required by law at all times — no exceptions. Protective gear (helmets, gloves, etc.) is not required, though you're welcome to bring your own. Comfortable summer clothing is perfect for warm days; for fall visits, light thermals under regular clothes work great.

We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled trip. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Need to reschedule? Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to find a new date that works for you.

Yes! GPS-guided private route maps are included with every booking at no extra charge. Zero prior off-road experience is needed — our routes are designed for all skill levels. You'll receive a full safety briefing and instructions before hitting the road.
